Usage

Adults 18 years of age and older: 5 mL every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not to exceed 6 doses (30 mL) in 24 hours. Oral solution: Each 5 mL contains codeine phosphate, 10 mg; promethazine hydrochloride 6.25 mg; in a flavor syrup base.
